What is this "
Well, in Calgary we have two complementary but very distinct objectives. First, we want to introduce you to the life and teaching of Emanuel Swedenborg, whose books as far as we are concerned offer the greatest and most profound insight into spiritual life (both here and here-after) in the history of the world.

We are not anxious to "convert" you; indeed your freedom is as precious to us as our own, and is an essential aspect of Swedenborg's teaching. The truth speaks for itself. Still, we believe you will find insights and resources here that have the power to transform your life.
Our second main objective, then, should you value such a fellowship, is to invite and welcome you to attend church services here in Calgary based on the revelation of the symbolic meaning of the Bible as explained in Swedenborg's books. Here, along with that fellowship, we aim to provide a simple, reverent atmosphere for worship and an inspirational, personal application of these spiritual teachings for use in practical daily life. Again, this is an earnest invitation, but your freedom is key. We don't even "pass the plate" during services (although we do provide for private offerings if you wish). Discussion � even during the service � is encouraged.
