This commandment asks you to go forth and be a life giver rather than a murderer. Letting your words be kind, true, and useful (saying nothing critical or unkind for one week) will be a difficult assignment. Through meditation, prayer, reading and reflecting on Sacred Scripture, and by keeping this commandment, you can become aware of the heavenly "bread," that is Divine Goodness, that God is giving you at every moment. Truly, this is "the bread which comes down from heaven" (John 6:58) and gives life to the world.
