Topics:

  • How to answer questions about the church - In this workshop we look at what people actually ask you, what they don't ask you, and why. We also look at the typical hurdles people face when answering questions. This workshop tends to be sprinkled with laughter and gets to the heart of why many of us have trouble communicating about our religion.
  • So you want to grow! - This workshop explores what it takes to move a church from being inwardly focused (focused on serving its own membership) to being outwardly focused (focused towards growth). We will look at 11 different areas that dramatically affect a congregation's ability to grow.
  • Leading in a congregation - This workshop is for leaders in congregations including, but not limited to pastors. It focuses on the dynamics of working with large and diverse groups of people to accomplish potentially difficult goals.

Audience: These workshops are great for large or small groups of adults and interested young adults.

Logistics: Each workshop is best done in a 1 - 1 ½ hour time frame.

Type: PowerPoint is best, but can be done with overheads.
