Although their journey to the promised land was far from over, reaching Mount Sinai and receiving the Ten Commandments from the Lord was a significant milestone for the children of Israel. These laws gave them the tools they needed to stay together as a group and continue on their journey. Our spiritual journey continues to eternity. As with the children of Israel, the Ten Commandments equip us with the tools we need to progress on our spiritual journey.

When we let go of what enslaves us and follow the Lord, we grow spiritually.

When we let go of the negative habits, attitudes, emotions, and thought patterns that hold us back, then we can receive wisdom, strength, and courage from the Lord for our journey. Make a commitment to continue this journey from bondage to freedom and to open your mind and heart to receive the Lord’s blessings.
