We are all on a journey in life, trying to be better people, build healthier relationships, and contribute something meaningful to the world. Sometimes, life is not so easy and we get caught up in negative attitudes, trapped by our own ego, or enslaved by an addiction.

If you have been stuck in this way you know the darkness and hurt it brings. In the Bible, specifically the Exodus story, we learn about escape from negativity and pain, and about a new way of living – a life of true freedom, happiness, and peace.
